This week we were working on our project and also we had a guest speaker.
He talked about core values and how leaders stand on their values and never do something that againts them. I think it's a good think to remember: always be yourself and stand on what you believe.
Leader HAVE TO have core values and not just for saying that he does, but for using them in his everyday life!

And I just start realizing that this class really helps me. Now I set some goals and work on achieving them. Now I have vision and I don't wish I DREAM and I'm working on those dreams to COME TRUE. It's really important. I chose university I want to enter after school, and made up a plan, plan for next three years. I will use my time wisely and I'll be a student of Massachusetts Institute of Technology one day. I promise.

Law of choice

We make decisions every day. Lots of them. Some of them are small some are huge. But both of them form your character, future and life-style.
Being a good decision maker is one of the most important qualities of every leader.
To make good decisions you can use some nice tools:

  • Wise Councillor
  • Clear, Defined Goals
  • Accurate Facts
Those three tools are really helpful if use them in a right way.
And its important to remember that YOUR DECISIONS WILL CHANGE YOUR FUTURE.
You need to think what consequences will your decisions be followed by.

PDSA

P-plan
D-do
S-study
A-act
That's ALL, what good problem solver need to know and do.
We are learning how this model helps us to solve problems by using them in so activities and stuff like that.
I definetely love it. It makes people communicate, share ideas, find and improve mistakes, and of course Solve problems SUCCESSFULLY=)
Plan-First part of work and it helps us to understand WHY problem occures and HOW shall we act to solve it. I think its the most important part of this model.
Do-Just try all methods that as we think can help to solve a problem.
Study-Collect data. Study how those methods worked (if they worked=)) ) and what can we do to make it work better (or just work).
Act-Use your improved method and be satisfied =)))))))
